It is our belief that a “modular” skatepark should also be a “custom” skatepark. All the steel on this ramp from platform guards to the toe plate is galvanized after fabrication to ensure maximum corrosion protection

We begin with a piece of steel plate and form it to have the same profile as 2 3/8" pipe. The advantages of our UNI-FORM coping system include:

· The 1/4" coping reveal is guaranteed since it is not dependant on the framework which will expand/contract with the weather conditions.

The riding surface is protected with steel hehind AND below the coping radius

There are no gaps behind or below the coping radius.

Our vertical steel balusters are not only tough and corrosion resistant, but the design will also minimize the likelihood of climbing as well as keep unmanned skateboards from going through them.

Our fasteners offer the best strength and corrosion protection available to make certain your ramps can withstand the elements.  This incredibly strong material is inherently corrosion resistant and also encloses the equipment leaving no exposed lumber. We use a minimum ACQ treated 2" x 6" framework on 8" centers We offer a couple different corrosion proof options when it comes to the substrate, and like Ramp ArmorTM, every piece is pre-engineered and cut on our C.N.C. router to meet our rigorous standards. This paper-based material is available in either black or tan and every peice is cut on our C.N.C. router to ensure quality and accuracy.
